Daniel Craig might be in Film Girl with the Dragon Tattoo!

According to The Wrap, Sony has begun talks with Daniel to star in The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo, an adaptation of the first book in the best-selling Millenium trilogy by the late Stieg Larsson. Daniel would play journalist Mikael Blomkvist who is looking for a missing woman, Harriet Banger.

A Sony spokesman has said, however, "We have not offered any roles to anyone nor are we negotiating with anyone."

Nevertheless, Daniel is supposedly flying out to Los Angeles on Friday to have dinner with David Fincher, who's slated to start directing the film in October. Since the next James Bond movie has been postponed, Daniel would be free to shoot The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo as his next film.

But since there is another film running around in Europe of the same book in the Sweedish language, I guess the reason for the English Speaking language is to make their own version of the movie because the human population can't read subtitles or Hollywood is running out of movie screenplays. {Such as the horrible remake of Death at a Funeral with Chris Rock. e_e How hard is it to understand a British speaking film?}

Welp who cares, it's another chance to see Daniel win us over with his talent and sexy bum! Since he has a choice in different style of films unlike most actors, this will be interesting to see.
